Sections unfolding automatically

[edit]

On the phone, all sections unfold automatically and it's really uncomfortable to navigate and slow since the article is considerably long. Is there any reason to maintain this? 2803:9800:9084:8C21:C0B1:4A9:E14E:F191 (talk) 03:03, 7 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Rwanda?

[edit]

It says in this article that Rwanda "Bans some anti-gay discrimination" with a citation linking to their constitution

"All Rwandans are born and remain equal in rights and freedoms.

Discrimination of any kind or its propaganda based on, inter alia, ethnic origin, family or ancestry, clan, skin colour or race, sex, region, economic categories, religion or faith, opinion, fortune, cultural differences, language, economic status, physical or mental disability or any other form of discrimination are prohibited and punishable by law"

This doesn't say anything about anti-gay discrimination

either there is the wrong citation or there is no such ban. 106.71.84.68 (talk) 02:10, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Done, you are correct. I have fixed the table. Zenomonoz (talk) 02:24, 8 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Mali should be colored orange

[edit]

Mali passed a new penal code a few months ago, and it took effect in December of 2024. This criminalized homosexuality. If you want more info, I have updated Mali’s LGBT page with that. Also, there are a few tables I think that need to be updated aswell. Thefinals626472 (talk) 08:58, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

LGBTQ service in national militaries by country or territory

[edit]

The map involving LGBTQ service in national militaries needs updating.

The United States has banned transgender military service, but still allows Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual service.

I also believe Portugal has allowed for transgender military service since 2024, but needs to be checked.

I suspect that the United States situation may change rapidly in the next few weeks. Somebody in Congress must have the strength to question Trump's somewhat odd opinions. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 18:34, 1 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
